Late last night the Republicans were ahead in both of these Governor's races, but overnight Hickenlooper and Malloy pulled ahead.

They haven't been officially called yet, but it sounds like The Denver Post is expecting Hickenlooper to win based on where the remaining votes are coming in Denver & Boulder, and that it looks like Malloy will win in Connecticut.

Malloy (D) 50.7% (484,630)

Foley (R) 48.3% (461,538)

At least the incumbent Dem. governor and senator fended off the big bad (Scott) Brown and the other Republican idiots that ran up there for whatever office. NH stayed true blue.

We lost Carol Shea-Porter narrowly, but hopefully she will be back in 2016.

There's still 8% of the vote left to come in for Colorado, and interestingly enough, there is 8% of the vote to come in left from Denver itself, where Hickenlooper has a 52-point lead (74-22). There are a few votes left in the Republican counties, but most of the remaining votes are in Denver, so it's looking like a Hickenlooper win. Who knows when it will be officially declared, though. Could be a few more hours.
