WTF is going on? First he dangerously steps on Obama’s Foreign Policy great achievement and now he is talking like he’s attached to the truly progressive wing of the Dems..

1. I will assume that he knows it is going to pass anyway, and is just doing the

currently fashionable thing - pretending to be liberal. Hey! It is easy, it is fun, and ya don't actually have to DO anything liberal, you can just blather about it!

2. Just my thoughts. Congress and the executive branch have always vied for a position of power. I

would guess the foreign policy thing was more about that than anything else. As to his claim to being progressive - not sure what he is doing - maybe making amends for the foreign policy thing.

4. I have been saying don't confuse the subject before the details are released.

Many have poop-pooped the treaty based on a "leak", look at the deal first and then make a decision.
