A good intro to Julian who is mentioned frequently for Democratic VP. He also was the Keynote Speaker at the last Democratic Convention. He is 2nd generation Mexican immigrant...a Tejano, not to be confused with Republicans Cruz and Rubio who are Cubanos. He's been called the "new Obama"...one can hope.
