were a very important part of his administration. Northerners Ireland, the Middle East etc.

Bush was screwed up on all fronts, no redeeming characteristics

Just look at the Supreme Court appointments between bush verses Clinton. That speaks volumes

And now we've had another one.

'baggage'

'Democratic' Underground is far from 'baggage.' It's a mere blip, that no one I know in real life has ever heard of.

Good thing, for Democrats, and The United States of America.

Bill, on the other hand, is really loved by LOTS of Americans AND international people as well.

It's a big anchor around Jebbers neck to be saddled with the Shrub.

Sure Bill was not perfect, and he did a lot of things none of US liked, but many people look at Hillary and say, I know Bill will be right beside her, advising her on everything, and that's a good thing, whereas having "W" advising o ANYTHING is not good.

Bill left George with a huge surplus and George left Obama with one of the biggest disasters in our history.

No way we'll benefit.

I think even the 1% consider them a risk.

Imagine a Bush presidency followed by a Bush presidency.

Imagine the unemployment rate.

But, for Repubs, what's the alternative?

Boo!

I disagreed with going into Iraq too, but I had a feeling at the time that Hillary voted to invade BECAUSE she was supporting the President. If her husband had still been Prez, she knew how important it would be to support him.

Remember how short the conflict was when George H invaded? I suspect there were a lot of people who looked back at that and voted aye based somewhat on that.

I'm sure not going to eliminate Hillary because of something I disagreed with 15 friggin years ago.

Lots of other Dems voted for the invasion too. I would vote against war no matter what but that's [probably not too rational either. At that time, I don't think there were a lot of people who believed Shrub & Cheney would have made up their own intelligence, because I don't believe we've ever had such disgusting leaders before. I won't hold their vote against them after all this time.

Sorry but the everybody else is doing it defense does nor hold water with me. I learned that from raising an argumentative precocious boy. (I'm not mocking you, my son was just a handful.). That vote locked Democrats into complicity with that ill-begotten invasion and all that followed. I knew it was a politically calculated vote then as it was for other Democrats, and I cannot forgive it. It was so horribly wrong, IMO nobody should let it slide. On edit: Bernie voted no on the IWR and the Patriot Act. That is invaluable in me eyes. I trust Bernie to move the country away from war. I trusted the president to do so and he let me down. It really does matter to me, a lot.

I don't think it will much matter about Bill. At least he left us with a surplus!
as for the Bushes it will be dumb (W) and very slightly less dumber Jeb. People should be reminded of Bush years
