This memorial recess should be enough to grease enough votes to get TPA passed.
Especially as they're courting Tea Party voters to get it done.
So don't get your hopes up. The House recess is until June 1st (they take the week after Memorial Day off). That's plenty of time to have a BBQ or a dinner or a nice quiet cup of coffee and a cigar to discuss the particulars. OK now I'm making it sound like House of Cards, but whatever.
