Polls: Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump lead in Georgia

By Walter C. Jones | Morris News Service

ATLANTA – Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump retain their lead in their parties’ Florida presidential primaries, but each has someone new nipping at the heels, according to a survey released Thursday.

The poll was conducted Tuesday evening for Morris News Service by Opinion Savvy.
..............

Democratic voters still mostly favor Clinton, the former first lady, senator and secretary of state.

She has a comfortable lead over Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, 52-20, with Vice President Joe Biden the third-most favorite at 15 percent.

Biden hasn’t announced yet if he will run, and the speculation that he might has taken support from Clinton in most polling.

In Thursday’s results, she controls every demographic group except for losing the 18-29 age group to Sanders.

“Clinton leads among African-Americans, Hispanic-Latinos, and white voters — all at over 50 percent,” Towery notes. “Unlike many states, there was no real gender gap for Clinton, who was favored by a majority of men and women.”............

or at least the low teens maybe a month or so ago (in FL), I'd consider that a significant result. Same with the poll from Georgia. Bernie is starting to get some significant media attention due to polls like this, and I think it will only help increase his name recognition and overall support. Bring on the debates!
