Many super PACs are still "associated with" a candidate. Including some for Sanders.

on his behalf, but Citizens United means he can't stop them. You could even create a SuperPAC specifically to try to make the candidate it supposedly supports to look bad. The current system is totally broken.

An immigrant may make a contribution if he or she has a "green card" indicating his or her lawful admittance for permanent residence in the United States.
