So it looks like he was voting against all amendments to the Defense Authorization bill at that point.

Meantime Hillary Clinton supported fracking, Keystone, the IWR (which Bernie voted against and is what got those at Gitmo caged to begin with), Homeland Security, Patriot Act, three strike laws, capital punishment, mandatory minimum sentencing.........
