Emilie Hedeimann: A vote for Bernie Sanders is a vote for higher education

A vote for Bernie Sanders is a vote for higher education

“There is no justice when, in a rigged economy, the 15 wealthiest people in this country in the last two years saw their wealth increase by $170 billion,” Sanders said. “That is more wealth, acquired in a two-year period, than is owned by the bottom 130 million Americans.”

Right now couldn’t be more of an ideal time to do some research and get educated about politics, and if Students agree with Sanders policies, they should give him their vote.

The thing students need to remember, is that politics matters whether it affects them directly or not.

A vote for Sanders would be a vote for the better, because students wouldn’t be subjected to crippling debt just because they want to seek a higher education.
