Have any of the Democratic candidates released proposed income tax rates?

I know a number of the GOP ones have, and predictably they are all huge cuts for the rich. I know Bernie wants a financial transaction tax, and Hillary wants an increase in capital gains, but has anyone come out with a full tax schedule?

I have not seen one from the Democratic side. They are all probably waiting on the GOP idiots to play out first.
