The medical loss ratio provision of Obamacare, also known as the 80/20 rule, requires health insurers to spend no more than 20% of customer premiums on administration, CEO pay and profits instead of actual health care

because it takes the wind out of the sails of both health care and adds money/jobs? into the economy for the crucial Middle Class +/- voter. Timing couldn't be better.

My girlfriend err girl who is my friend! Not that there's anything wrong with that, any she was an executive assistant to one of them a few years ago when she told me how much her boss made I was infuriated, because I knew her salary was coming from the premiums of people who thought they were paying for health insurance coverage. And my Aunt who had Kaiser was always complaining about how they would give her the run around when she needed care for her or her children.

Once again Way to go President Obama. It's a same he couldn't make health insurance a non-profit entity
