New study shows it is cheaper to register new voters than to appeal to swing voters.

Very interesting study. Millions are spent trying to reach swing voters, but research shows most claim to be independent, but in reality have already made up their mind.

Same thing in marketing it is easier to get a person to try a product he has never used, then to get a person to switch loyalty to another brand.

There are a lot of people who have never voted but are leaning or claim to be Democrat.
