wasn't it always assumed that it came from Biden himself or a family member when they talked about what his son wanted. and Beau Biden was a politician who was going to run for office himself. it's no surprise that he would want his dad to run for president.

by referring to it as a leak instead of just reporting it as it is it makes it seem like there is something scandalous. when it's a non issue from the start.

and Maureen Dowd is an asshole so i would not trust anything coming from her. she has a history of making things out to be as they are not. usually non issues into something bigger.
