2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumHas Mitt Romney come up with ONE catchy phrase?
President Obama's dubbing of "Romney-hood" led me to think back to the Republican race. Pawlenty came up with Obomneycare (too bad he was afraid to use it), and Gingrich came up with "Vulture Capitalism". Has Romney said ANYTHING pithy this entire campaign?

(19,458 posts)Sadly for Romney, all of his catch phrases are stupid and being used against him. He's one of those guys that would NOT even have a theme song.. and if he did, it would be by Pat Boone or Debby Gibson.

THEN he continued:
"I'll go back and take a look at what was said there."
Of course, he never did--that's his typical response when his back is to the wall. Like he recently did with ABC.
