Globalization is inevitable. We should try to make it work for everybody. I suspect HRC didn't think it was a hill she was willing to die on. I can empathize with that.

I once made a list of issues that are dear to me or hills I would die on and TPP, Keystone, and reinstating Glass-Steagall aren't on that list.

Things like

-Everybody should have access to quality health care regardless of ability to pay
- Everybody is entitled to a secure retirement and to retire at a reasonable age
-Full equality for everybody under the law
-A living wage for a hard days work
- Amnesty for undocumented workers
-Affirmative action but I would also add class based affirmative action. Ironically, white women are the largest beneficiaries of affirmative action. Nothing wrong with that but I would like to see all groups left behind helped.

and he's already accomplished many of these goals already.

1. Ended death penalty in Maryland
2. Prevented fracking in Maryland and put regulations in the way to prevent next GOP Gov Hogan fom easily allowing fracking.
3. Provided health insurance for 380,000
4. Reduced infant mortality to an all time low.
5. Provided meals to thousands of hungry children and moved toward a goal for eradicating childhood hunger.
6. Enacted a $10.10 living wage and a $11. minimum wage for State workers.
7. Supporter the Dream Act
8. Cut income taxes for 86% of Marylanders (raised taxes on the rich).
9. Reformed Maryland’s tax code to make it more progressive.
10. Enacted some of the nation’s most comprehensive reforms to protect homeowners from foreclosure.

Mother Jones magazine called him the best candidate on environmental issues.

I really hope Hillary puts some actions behind those words and does all she can to stop this 'trade deal.' Still believe if Bernie and O'Malley weren't pulling her to the left she would have backed the TPP. Regardless, she's doing the right thing and I support her here.

Both support reigning in Wall Street.

Bernie supports reining in Wall Street. Hillary supports letting Wall Street reign.

and then

Bernie supports healthcare as a right. Hillary supports for-profit health insurance as a law

Bernie supports expanding social security and medicare. Hillary's "strengthen" most likely means privatizing and cutting benefits

Bernie has supported marriage equality for 30 years. Hillary has supported for 3 years

Bernie, along with a majority of dems, has opposed TPP since it was revealed. Hillary has opposed it for a few hours, and even this opposition is "for now".

Bernie wants to do away with for-profit prisons. Hillary gets millions of campaign bucks from for-profit prisons.

A president needs to take the lead on important issues, not take a poll.

Hillary supports letting Wall Street reign.
This is absurd, she's come out clearly in favor of expanding Dodd-Frank and increasing regulation.

Bernie supports healthcare as a right. Hillary supports for-profit health insurance as a law
The closest you came to a factual statement. Hillary supports expanding ACA, which combines private and public coverage in a way similar to several European countries, whereas Bernie wants to make it all public. Both support universal coverage, just different ways to get there.

Hillary's "strengthen" most likely means privatizing and cutting benefit.
Total nonsense, she never advocated either, and is on record wanting to expand SS.

Bernie, along with a majority of dems, has opposed TPP since it was revealed. Hillary has opposed it for a few hours, and even this opposition is "for now".
Umm, first of all, TPP was only revealed a few hours ago, and Hillary's statement came shortly thereafter. Also, most Dems support TPP by 51-26.

Hillary gets millions of campaign bucks from for-profit prisons.
Total fabrication. First of all, it's not nearly millions. Second of all, it didn't come from for-profit prisons. What happened was that a few (two, I think) people who bundled 100K or so for her worked at firms that had represented for-profit prisons. The amount that for-profit prisons actually donated to her campaign is zero.

“We disagree on Wall Street and what we should do, whether or not we should break up large banks. We disagree about how high the minimum wage should go… We disagree about our college plans… And we disagree on trade,” - Sanders yesterday with Chris Hayes.

And then there's prisons, whether healthcare costs should include billions in profits for a few CEOs, and charter schools. Mrs. Clinton is closer to Bush than she is to Sanders. As for this

Umm, first of all, TPP was only revealed a few hours ago, and Hillary's statement came shortly thereafter.

Somehow almost everyone (except she who negotiated it) knew about it and had an opinion. Oh, wait. She spoke in favor of it 45 times. So was yesterday's big announcement the result of cluelessness, or yet another flip-flop?

Seriously, how can you trust anything she says?

- Both want to strengthen gun laws.
We're told Bernie is a gun nut.
- Both support reigning in Wall Street.
We're told that Bernie is a tool of Wall Street and does not wish to rein them in.
- Both support comprehensive immigration reform.
We're told that Bernie hates immigrants and wants to dump nuclear waste on them.
- Both support marriage equality.
We're told that Sanders is against gay marriage.
- Both want to make college more affordable for students.
We're told Bernie wants to send 1% kids to college gratis
- Both are opposed to GOP voter suppression and new voter ID laws targeting blacks.
We're told that African Americans hate Sanders.

We're told lots of things by Clinton supporters.

"reigning in Wall Street" has a vastly different meaning, otherwise I would not point it out. "Reigning" is what monarchs do.

"Reining" is like curbing, slowing, as in with a horse.

I would hate to think either of them want to "reign" in Wall Street. There are those here who think one of them already does, but I am not one of those.
