He was born and raised in Scranton and Delaware is by Philadelphia which is PA's largest media market.

he is ahead in NH due to the fact its electorate is tailor made for him as it has virtually no minorities and at least among Democrats many white liberals. It also has a lot of people who owe alot in student loans, is opposed to gun control.
