is increasing for Bernie and as it does, he continues to trend upwards, even in Dem base polls. Of course such polls of just the Dem base don't reflect his actual support.

Eg, I just helped a previously non-voter to register as a Dem in NY today. Inspired by Bernie she decided to get back into the political process. This is happening across the nation. She won't be polled of course, and in open Primary states, she wouldn't even have to register this early.

But when the polls start including all those who will be voting in the Dem Primary, then we will get a real picture of Bernie's huge and growing support.

That being said there has been positive movement in her nat'l polling and since states are drawn from that universe you would expect positive movement in state polling as well.

vote for Bernie. In open primary states of course, people like my friend who registered in NY today, don't have to register so they are not being polled.

Most of Bernie's support isn't coming from the lists pollsters are using in these polls.

But even without including his actual supporters, he is still beating her here. She has gone from around an average of 60% down to in the 30s.

I would be worried if I were her.

43. Gravis Marketing Polls are rated C with a significant Republican bias by 538.com

From the Gravis Poll pdf:
The sample includes 662 Republicans, 373 Democrats, and the remainder not planning on participating in the primary, but are planning to vote in the regular elections. The poll has a margin of error of ± 3.1% 3.8% for Republican Caucus/5.1% for Democratic Caucus]. The total may not round to 100% because of rounding. The polls were conducted using automated telephone calls and weighted separately for each population in the question presented.

This horse race nonsense is tedious (much moreso on the Republican side, of course).
