This is an honest question because as a male I generally am not a victim of institional sexism and I do think women women traditionally have been. I honestly have not studied the topic.
But if the leaders of an institution purposefully and systematically collude together to create structural framework to promote a woman at the expense of her male competitors, is that not sexism?
Please educate me.
