Biden advocates- what do you like best about Clarence Thomas?

Seems Justice Thomas stature has been elevated, rehabbed or overlooked for quite some time.
What do prospective Biden supporters like best about Thurgood Marshall's replacement?

but the scope of his scandals removed him from consideration.
Thomas was a fill in.
its just the SCOTUS. lifetime appointment.
anyone will do.
as long as you can keep the witnesses sequestered during the hearings.

Since Biden had the opportunity to allow all the evidence to be reviewed during those trials where Anita Hill was forced to stand alone.

until my son turned the T.V. off and walked me out of the room before I had a stroke. Anita Hill did not stand a chance during that inquisition. George Bush Sr. was making everyone feel like traitors because most of the country wanted to have a real investigation. Joe Biden did not help.

He let us all down. I don't for one minute believe there wasn't some backroom bargaining going on with that one.

This is why I've said all along that Biden won't run.

Unfortunately, he paved the way for Thomas being on SCOTUS by not allowing those other women to testify against Thomas' sexual harassment which would have bolstered Anita Hill's testimony.
