2016 National Democratic Primary - Clinton 51%, Sanders 24% (Ipsos/Reuters (Web) 10/10-10/14)

So here we are post-debate..Bernie still under his 25% cap.

I could be wrong but I don't see Bernie ever breaking out of that 25% cap.
