Be that as it may, my observation was about her philosophy, which is social Darwinist and very, very German of a particular XXth century decade.

She was a charlatan of the highest order, but she was indeed Russian. I do understand your unwillingness to have her associated with being Russian, I wouldn't want her associated with me, either. She's an asshole grifter of the lowest order.

I sense that you might be under the impression that I am Russian and therefore might be offended by the possibility that Ayn Rand is also Russian. I assure you, I am neither Russian nor offended by the possibility that she might be. There are paddle cacti that are less Mexican than I am. I speak Russian but only because languages fascinate me.

I really don't care where Ayn's mother happened to be when she was whelped. My point is not about her, but about her philosophy which, besides being discredited, isn't even original and is a variant of the Social Darwinism embraced by the "Master Race".

Again, I have no quarrel here, just want to clarify what I said and why I said it.

not German, but an asshole, all the same. Total, complete asshole that I am thrilled died friendless and on Medicare. I wouldn't wish that on many people, but she deserved how she ended in life - alone and on government support.

through part 1 of that video, and decided I'd rather put a Dremel on high in my ear than listen anymore.

Ayn Rand may have had an impact on society, but it was not a good one, and I hope the memory of her vanishes along with her philosophy.

20. Every House republican who voted for Ryan's budget plan needs to be

linked to Ayn Rand. They need to explain to voters in their districts what it is about Ayn Rand's philosophy that they embrace and fervently believe in. Since Ryan's plan was unabashedly taken directly from the Rand playbook; all republicans who voted for it, clearly support the ideology behind it.


Why does your republican congressman embrace the belief's of a Russian athiest? And if they embrace her political philosophy, do they also embrace her hatred of religion?

The fact that republicans are hiding behind God and country while secretly supporting this delusional fanatic is particularly disturbing.
