John Nichols of The Nation gives great smack on Ryan

Yesterday that he hates the progressives in WI from way back - the historical progressive left of WI - Nichols explained these were people of German descent who were progressives, very interesting.

Today he describes Ryan's interest in Austrian economists from 30 or so years ago, pointing out that this guy is in the clouds. So full of himself and ungrounded in any of the realities we're facing. In other words, a hyped "intellectual" who is an idiot.

He adds that he's an operative and came up that way in Washington. He "likes to read economics book" and that's it.. he will err on the side of the rich guy, this is his pattern.

Let the floor wiping begin at the debates.
