Today I'm saying Biden is gonna run...

yesterday I said he wasn't.

I am so back and forth on him.

I tend to make bad predictions, tho.

the past couple of days and highlighting the fact that VP is closer to the President than SOS. And, that he likes Cheney and Republicans are not his enemies.

I cannot think of another reason why he would say those things.

and if he does run,he's starting out with small numbers that probably won't change much.

He IS already running, he just hasn't officially announced yet. This is no longer indecision, this is about timing.

Presidential polling. It didn't just happen. It was Joe working the phones. Obvious is obvious.
