Vice-President Joe Biden Press Conference: He will not run for President (VIDEO)

Joe Biden appeared in the Rose Garden flanked by his wife Dr. Jill Biden and President Obama and announced that he will not be running for President of the United States.

"As my family and I have worked through the grieving process," Joe Biden said. "I've said all along what I have said time and again to others, that it may very well be that that process by the time we get through it closes the window on mounting a realistic campaign for President. That it might close. I've concluded it has closed."

The Vice-President went on to say that the his family was in fact ready for him to run. He said the family is at the point where when they think of the loved ones they've lost, instead of bringing a tear it brings a smile.

They've been healing, he's now ready to run but has concluded it is too late to get in. He pretty much always says what he means.
