Debbie Wasserman Schultz is bombarding me with emails thanking Joe Biden for not running.

DWS could totally foul up this election, the way she has EVERY ELECTION she has presided over, and be in no danger of losing anything politically.

You heard it here first, if Hillary loses, DWS will run in 2020.
