... in an ISDS court from TPP, and she basically helped them earlier then by not speaking out against TPA and TPP when it could have mattered! Nice way to avoid responsibility for Keystone and TPP/TPA crap!

... when working to fight issues like this. Now, as the prospective president (according to many that support her here), who better to speak out against this legislation than someone who would potentially be using it over the next presidential term (TPA that is), if she were really against it. It might have made the difference and helped a filibuster be supported and shut down TPA from being passed. And then she could make the case that she wasn't "for it before she was against it" that many describe her efforts to try and defuse this by conveniently trying to say she wasn't for it right before the first debate, but way after she might have been able to affect a senate vote.

always forget about it later, or say that recent {insert some meaningless 'amendment' here} changes to the legislation make it "The Gold Standard of Trade Policies once again!" Yay
