(16,685 posts)But a lot of people haven't gotten the memo spparently...do you think they'll turn away the money he's raising for the DSCC?
NCTraveler
(30,481 posts)I can't think of a single reason why they would return the money. For your question to have any merit you would have to have at least one argument to make. Why do you think there is a possibility they would return it? I'm missing something.

(16,685 posts)And then turn around and attack him for not being a Democrat? A bit hypocritical don't you think?
NCTraveler
(30,481 posts)A link in the op would have made that clear. Without such information, you question has zero merit. I actually think it has no merit even with your claim as to the organizations concern.

(16,685 posts)That all of the Democrats attacking Bernie Sanders for "not being a Democrat" are acting of their own volition? He's good enough to raise money for us but apparently not good enough to run as one of us..

(30,481 posts)It's supporters. I could at least see how you kind of got there if it was the organization saying. Still no merit but I could recognize your path. I'm back to not even seeing the path with respect to your question.

(16,685 posts)You think the party will give it back? Since it's not coming from Democrats? After all they might look like a bunch of fucking hypocrites raising money off someone they turn around and then attack as "not being a Democrat..."

(94,501 posts)...and neither has the DNC.
...as well, I'm the guy who had dinner with Sanders at a swanky DSCC retreat in Martha's Vineyard.
ibegurpard
(16,685 posts)At least about the non democratic part. I could care less about your constant name-dropping.

(94,501 posts)...and explain why, if that was the case, Sanders would sign a DSCC fundraising letter.

(28,270 posts)My own feeling is that the Democratic Party is ideologically bankrupt.
We have to ask ourselves, Why should we work within the Democratic Party if we dont agree with anything the Democratic Party says?
I'm just going by Bernies own words. He holds the democratic party in contempt.

(28,270 posts)Democratic party? I don't think so.
I'll leave it to you to figure out his money rasing scheme

(16,685 posts)It was from him to raise money DIRECTLY FOR the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.
