Sanders' remarks come one day after former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is also running for president, came out against ending capital punishment, adding that she believes the use of the death penalty should be "very limited and rare."

I suppose in some ways we have/had one, their charter can be revoked, if so it is not used nearly enough.
Corporations committing fraud, destroying the environment, monopolist practices, should be candidates for a corporate death penalty.
Exxon comes to mind right now, they knowlingly suppressed their own climtae change research from long ago, polluted all this time, and played a large role in the situation we find ourselves in.
Some of the large financial institutions and weapons suppliers, whatever Halliburton calls itself now, Wackenhut, more nominations I would make.
