2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumSince when did the local movie theater
become a forum for campaign season?
Since Michael Moore, an "An Inconvenient Truth" or "Waiting for Superman?" I guess political film has been evolving for awhile, but I'm feeling a bit leery of the whole thing today.
I'm taking my grandson to the movies tomorrow. I looked up the local theater to find times for "The Odd Life of Timothy Green."
It's there.
At the top of the list, though, are these:
"2016: Obama's America"
"Glenn Beck's Unelectable 2012"

(19,458 posts)There has to be some MAJOR bucks behind those films. How many worth indie films never see a theatre like that???? It's outrageous. and it's being bankrolled.

I do wonder what the hell Speilberg was doing with the nutjob on 2016 film that was also on Schindler's List.
I am guessing that he won't get anymore work in Hollywood.
