Since when did the local movie theater

become a forum for campaign season?

Since Michael Moore, an "An Inconvenient Truth" or "Waiting for Superman?" I guess political film has been evolving for awhile, but I'm feeling a bit leery of the whole thing today.

I'm taking my grandson to the movies tomorrow. I looked up the local theater to find times for "The Odd Life of Timothy Green."

It's there.

At the top of the list, though, are these:

"2016: Obama's America"

"Glenn Beck's Unelectable 2012"

2. Yuck. I find it just horrific that film chains are actually treating that shit seriously.

There has to be some MAJOR bucks behind those films. How many worth indie films never see a theatre like that???? It's outrageous. and it's being bankrolled.

5. These films have no positive impact. They are only for the choir and actually redirect money

from campaign chests to independent directors.

I do wonder what the hell Speilberg was doing with the nutjob on 2016 film that was also on Schindler's List.

I am guessing that he won't get anymore work in Hollywood.
