I figure with all the bored Tea Party delegates who really, really don't want to nominate Romney, the odds are pretty good we'll see at least one scrimmage. For me, the only question is whether the person getting beat on will be a moderate Republican, a correspondent from MSNBC or a correspondent from the Daily Show!

My parents were delegates to the 1958 Texas Democratic Convention.
They were part of a group trying to nominate Henry B. Gonzalez for governor.
They said there were fistfights, walkouts and rump conventions!!
And some old lady hit Father over the head with her purse in the middle of a free-for-all!!!
