Is it true?

....That those in Congress get life time health benefits and do not pay into Social Security after one term?
If this is true, they should get a "voucher" and search for their insurance just like everyone else

Congressional retirement benefits scale up based on length of service. So someone like Ben Quayle is going to get bare minimum, not full lifetime benefits.
