People were applauding at a point of Ryan's speech and the camera showed quite a few of delegates NOT applauding.

Not in the same universe as the hysteria for Palin. He's a very boring speaker as well.

2. It's been that way all along

Ron Paul's delegates are furious. I've seen lots of crossed arms, too, not a great sign in people who are supposedly backing every word you say. Oh, and golf clapping. There's been plenty of golf clapping.

3. The audience is showing no energy for this ticket.

They clearly hate Obama. Still, they only see Romney/Ryan as something that is not Obama.

under 50 - so they sacrifice enthusiasm

I looked like they were trying to cover up an unflattering poster but I couldn't figure out what.
