Palin's Fox News contract in jeopardy

8/30/12 4:18 PM EDT

Last night's kerfuffle between Sarah Palin and Fox News was a classic display of Sarah Palin being, well, Sarah Palin. But her Facebook outburst complaining about Fox canceling her appearance at the Republic National Convention reveals something deeper about Palin’s often rocky relationship with the network. Palin's contract is up in January, and according to sources, Fox News executives are now weighing what kind of deal they would sign, if they sign one at all.

too bad she won't end up on the street begging like she deserves. Then she could find out how her former buddies treat people like her.

It's gonna be Playboy sooner or later. Well, that is, IF Heff is willing. He has his standards, you know.

Kay was far more qualified to be a VP nominee. But she was too old. Sarah is on that same glide path, but without Kay's gravitas.

Sarah is over after this election. She just doesn't know it yet.

I don't think she would ever be chosen as VP nominee, and I don't think her age is the issue.

I think she's considered too moderate for the Republican base.

Isn't she pro-choice?

With that law passed, no incumbent should ever spend 5 minutes talking to constituents (voters) if they could spend that 5 minutes learning what votes the lobbyists would "prefer".

With that knowledge, an incumbent votes the way they "think" the lobbyists prefer, and the super PACs see their votes, and advertise to support them. There is no direct collusion needed.

And there is no reason to talk to an idiot with tea bags dangling from their hat.

no more salary from cheesy reality shows, no more $1 million a yr. salary from Fox News. Doe this mean she will actually have to get a real job? I can almost hear Maynard G. Krebbs saying “WORK WORK”.
