Read Georgia judge’s decision shooting down ‘birther’ challenge to Barack Obama

5:07 pm February 3, 2012, by jgalloway

My AJC colleague Bill Rankin has the details on an administrative judge’s decision today that President Barack Obama deserves a place on Georgia’s Democratic primary ballot on March 6.

But to read the judge’s 10-page decision yourself, click here.

I haven't read the decision yet, but Orly is hopefully over.

Why else would an activist judge deny this legal genius her day in court! Obama's Black Panthers got to him, didn't they????

Essentially, the people who Orly called forward to testify were biased, unprepared, and wholly unqualified idiots. The judge found their arguments to be as baseless as baseless gets.

What did everyone THINK was going to happen? lol

but I feared she might have lucked on to a sympathetic soul on the Georgia bench.

Thank you Justice Malihi. You rock.

it was a colossal waste of court resources, to say the least.
I hope they send her a bill.

2 Originally, Ms. Tait indicated to the Court that she would offer the testimony of seven witnesses. However, during her closing argument, Ms. Tait requested to testify. Ms. Tait was sworn and began her testimony, but shortly thereafter, the Court requested that Ms. Tait step-down and submit any further testimony in writing.

If her testimony was as incomprehensible, the Court probably wanted to have it in writing to better attempt to understand it. Or maybe the Judge was having trouble keeping a straight face and did not want to laugh out loud at Orly!
