Anyone know what's happening with NY-13?
This is the Staten Island district that Michael McMahon won in 2008 after Vito ("Two Families"
Fossella resigned, and then lost two years later to Michael Grimm. Cook Political just re-rated this race from "Solid" to "Lean" Republican. Congressional lines haven't been drawn yet (thanks to the dysfunctional legislature). Has there been a scandal or a new Democratic Challenger that I'm not familiar with?
