I had no idea his real name was "Willard Mittington!"

LOL, now when they do the "Hussein" stuff we can answer with "Well, with MITTINGTON...."

They should have just named him Thurston Howell the 3rd since that is exactly how he comes across!

According to Wikipedia, his name is "Willard Mitt Romney".

"Romney was named after hotel magnate J. Willard Marriott, his father's best friend, and his father's cousin Milton "Mitt" Romney, 1925–1929 quarterback for the Chicago Bears..."

Are you just being silly again?

WTF difference does it make? Nobody is responsible for naming himself. Parents do that. With all the issues we can bring up about Mitt Romney, we're wasting our time making jokes about his name? Elsewhere on DU, there's a thread mocking a photo of all the Romney's grandchildren.

Can we not do better than that? Stuff like this is just plain stupid and childish, IMO.

Mocking things on DU has no effect outside of DU, I'm afraid.
