Yikes ..Romney doesn't want to just beat Noot...He wants

to completely annihilate him.

Chris Hayes is saying they are secretly courting Noot's biggest contributor.
Take him out penniless.

Isn't this way beyond the bounds of fair play? Even for dirty politics?

What a cut-throat schmuck this guy is.

So he's going to be ruthless.

What a pity...He won't ever be President. I *almost* feel sorry for the guy...almost...

in political campaigns is a myth. To quote George Carlin "Do you kick the man when he is down? Of course you do, because if you don't he might get up." This is politics and it always has been, it is not pretty. They have people who spend all day making up stuff to take the opponent down, will they steal donors? In a heartbeat if they can pull it off.

Politics is much more like MMA than it is like a poetry reading.

It's already been nasty and it'll get even smellier before the dust rises but we're already starting to see that the unlimited spending this year...almost all of it in the rushpublican clown car derby doesn't guarantee the outcome one's expecting. Adelson's a perfect example. Not only will he squander millions in his attempt to help Gneut to buy the nomination but he'll get shaken down again by Millard during the general with similar results. He couldn't even buy his own special caucus. All told he'll blow upwards of $15 million and end up with nothing. And so will others, including all the money the Kochs are sure to pour into failed races around the country.

It's already starting to become a byline in this election...and there's a backlash brewing to both the SuperPacs and the deluge of negative advertising. While it's working to a limited degree in the rushpublican demolition derbies, it's also weakened the party and whomever wins their nomination will have a bitterly divided party and maybe even seed a third party. May these high rollers spend their asses off and take financial baths...maybe they'll decide to squander their money other ways.
