NASHUA - Former President Bill Clinton is coming to Nashua on Monday for a campaign stop, marking the first time the two-term Democrat has hit the trail in support of his wife's run at the White House.

Clinton will appear at Nashua Community College for an organizing meeting, with doors opening at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 4. The campaign for his spouse, Hillary Clinton, notes the former president will mark the visit by discussing how she can win New Hampshire's first-in-the-nation primary. ... There are many larger venues in Nashua than than a tiny school gymnasium. But since they couldn't fill that, I guess they couldn't fill a bigger venue?

Asked by ABC News whether his sexual history was “fair game” in the campaign, Clinton said “the Republicans have to decide who they want to nominate. I'm trying to tell the Democrats and the country why I think Hillary would be the best president.”

“I think there's always attempts to take the election away from the people,” he continued.

He declined to elaborate on any of Trump’s claims.

Clinton spoke to just over 700 supporters at Nashua Community College as he hit the campaign trail for the first time in 2016, touting Hillary Clinton as the only candidate who could restore America to prosperity. ................................
