From DailyKos: Corporate Media Admits Bernie Sanders Is A Strong(er) General Election Candidate

Corporate Media Admits Bernie Sanders Is A Strong(er) General Election Candidate Than (you know who)

The media is starting to wake up to the electability strength of Bernie Sanders. His huge, enthusiastic crowds and consistent message, which appeals to voters on all sides of the political divide, is finally resonating with MSM.

?list=PLn-tb3ZA6soRLL1nPLtwTK3XwMqVgfBbG

With Independents now constituting 43% of US voters, and with Democrats at 30% and Republicans at 26% the 2016 election will not be won without strong Independent support.

…the largeness of the crowds and the enthusiasm of his supporters is forcing their hand. They have to report a ground swell, like it or not. It's meta-news about the MSM.

And if Democrats really give a damn about the coming elections they'll stop the smarm and pay attention to the stat about Independents and figure out how to not stove pipe a less popular candidate.

You are putting words in mouths.

What I see is people saying that even the shit-faced corporate owned media is finally starting to give him coverage as THE guy who can actually win.
About fucking time!

to all absurdities for the entire sake of profit before reluctantly explaining what is apparent to the rest of the world. It would be shit ever having to resort to any of these outlets if any real news ever erupts.

I still say, shame on Howard Dean for not supporting Bernie, from his own state. I've lost so much respect for him. Some things in life are more important than $$$$$money$$$$$, Howard. Unless the Clinton machine has some kind of dirt on him. They must have promised him something or threatened him with dirt. There's no other logical reason he would be supporting HRH.

Great video! Thanks for posting it, berni!

I met him briefly 2007 with my then new wife, who is Chinese. She had been in the US only a few months and she wanted to ask him a question. Even with all the heavy hitters, politicos, etc. around he stopped, listened to her, and they talked for about 5 minutes- a LONG time in such a situation, and surrounded by the rabble all wanting to get near him, get a word in.

He would have none of it. He looked right at her, saw her, and answered every question she asked about how politics worked in America. It was priceless. Of all the politicians my wife could have met, I thought, man. she met one of the good guys. And I told her that.

That was then.

A refreshing respite from the endless line of crap that she is the nominee already and she doesn't have any opposition.
Of course they will continue to trumpet Clinton as the inevitable winner. But it's nice to be occasionally reminded that sometimes that actually do pretend this is a democracy and pretend this is an election.
