Watch the true price of cheap goods. Walmart instructs new employees on how to get government benefits.

This needs to be made into a campaign ad!

9. That movie is a real eye opener. WalMart moves in, puts all the mom and pop stores out of business

and if business isn't as good as they predicted it would be, they move on to the next victim town - leaving towns all over this country destitute with no other stores to shop at...hardware stores, grocery stores, shoe stores, clothing stores, auto stores, art stores - you name it, WalMart put them out of business.

WALMART is a scourge on this country and needs to stop it's greedy, destructive business practices and pay their employees a living wage! Their greed us disgusting.

5. Walmart is the poster child for using welfare

as a supplement to their low wages.

Instead of paying their employees a living wage and letting their employees share in the billions of dollars of profit and wealth that those employees created. Walmart chooses to pay their employees a slave wage and expects the tax payer to supplement their employees' incomes.

It is time to end Corporate America's free ride. Time for the people who truly create the wealth, the workers, to demand their share. Time for corporate america americaand wall street to pay for the education of the work force and the future innovators of this country. Time to demand a living wage! real healthcare, and education from pre k to bachelors degree or technical school.

6. What's really sad is that there was a time when

Walmart paid its employees decently, and bought virtually all of what it sold inside the U.S. And they ran ad campaigns about that. Back in the '90s I shopped at a local Walmart as regularly as at other stores, mainly for clothes for my kids. But over time the store became dirty and cluttered, the quality of the clothes declined, and I simply stopped going there. Around that time, it was the late '90s by then, the company my husband worked for paid for memberships in Sam's Club. So I went there occasionally, but since I had no need to buy vast quantities of anything, all I ever bought was a new book that I wanted to read, and when the company no longer underwrote Sam's Club memberships, found I didn't miss it at all.

In recent years, the two or three times I've had a chance to price out the cost of something at Walmart or Sam's Club vs the same items in a regular grocery store, it's almost shocking how much less it is at the regular store. There may be some things that are cheaper there, but by no means everything, and I suspect that those who shop only at Wally World or the Club are actually paying more than they need to overall.
