Bernie Sanders: No one asked for my birth certificate

Bernie Sanders: No one asked for my birth certificate

"SNIP..........

WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Sen. Bernie Sanders knocked Donald Trump's "birther" campaign against President Barack Obama, noting that Sanders' own father was born in Poland, and yet "nobody has ever asked me for my birth certificate."

Sanders visited Hoover High School in Des Moines, Iowa, on Monday, stumping for his presidential campaign. In response to a student who asked what Sanders thought about immigrants, the Vermont senator attacked Trump.

"As I mentioned to you earlier, my father was born in Poland. Like Obama, I am the son of an immigrant father. Nobody has ever asked me for my birth certificate. Maybe it's because of the color of my skin being different than Obama's," Sanders, I-Vt., said. CNN reported students cheered the response.

Trump was once one of the loudest voices questioning whether Obama was a natural born U.S. citizen.

Trump has started digging in on Bernie the past two weeks in a big way.

Dude is rich. He can afford polling. He knows the score.

"Nips them in the bud", as my Dad used to say. There they stand "with their teeth in their mouth"...never quite figured that one out. Wish I could ask him.

"No one is happier -- no one is prouder -- to put this birth certificate matter to rest than The Donald," Obama said. "And that's because he can finally get back to focusing on the issues that matter: Like, did we fake the moon landing? What really happened in Roswell? And where are Biggie and Tupac?"

Trump looked like he could spit nails when Obama said that. It had me laughing for days and days and days.

It's cool Bernie is taking a shot at him too. I think we all should be shaming T-Rump because he obviously is in need of some help in feeling it.

played the scene from the Lion King where the baboon holds up the new born lion cub in Africa. And all the savannah animals bow down. So funny.

Presidents have lives these days after office. And our democratic presidents do amazing things.

the "Back 40."

My son loves to hold up our smaller dogs or cat at times like the Lion King, Why, I don't know. It's a boy thing, I guess.

LMAO.

(And, no, he's not hurting them and doesn't dangle them like Michael Jackson and Blanket. He knows I'd kick his ass for scaring them. Plus, he wouldn't want to scare them. He's a good kid.)
