(22,336 posts)and I suspect I'd have the same response now. He isn't interested in our civil rights. Actually, that isn't exactly right. I don't think he sees this as a women's civil rights issue or I do think he'd find it to be on par with not speaking against same-sex marriage here.
Anyway I'm sure he's reading all these threads.

Some people see these discussions as unnecessary divisiveness.
Seeing how many people add all kinds of caveats to their support for our human rights, I sincerely wonder how anyone could possibly think so.
