But I could see how someone might react that way. Some of the most prolific posters here are some of my favorite overall DU posters except when the gender wars start. Not that I feel I am at war with any gender. I got crossways with some of y'all today in the great anthropology debate, which I will not drag up in your safe haven here. But anyway, rock on HoF women, especially the Texans. You are all so smart (in a literal non patronizing way, smarter than me most of you). But I swear sometimes, good lord. I posted here to mend fences after the new year. But I have come to the conclusion that I and some of you are going to really cross swords on some stuff - stuff you are passionate about. Anyway, I don't know how to wrap this up but I think y'all know what I am saying.

I sometimes do not agree with my co-horts in HoF and I think that many here know that. I could not imagine being 100% agreement on every subject. I do however respect these Women and their thoughts. I think that's what makes the difference for us.

Thank you for your post. I agree that we have the BEST of the BEST posters here!

15. none of us agree 100%. i was just thinking i have to shoot a poster a pm, let her know....

that ya, we do not see things the same way, in particular things, and that is ok. i am still gonna challenge it or express myself and i do not expect or want her to change her expression one iota cause we do not see eye to eye on this issue.

that is cool

then thinking further, there is another poster, i do not agreee with certain stuff, and another poster, and another poster.

to conclude.

every person, i do not agree 100% with

so?

that is cool. do it respectfully. understanding differing views and ultimate agree to disagree. works for me every time.

OR

if it is not important, i ignore the subject and let it be.

These are Texan women rising on VDay, an international celebration and fight against violence against women. This event occurred in over 200 countries around the world and it's very inspiring to be a part of.
Don't mess with Texan women.

the fact that ideas/thoughts can be exchanged, discussed, mulled over.

I realize that I come to this from a different perspective but, I am learning and it is thanks to these women in here.

After all, it truly is a human dignity issue.
