It seems like every GD thread on sexism is the same

A feminist posts about a problem, whether harassment, rape, etc... and the same people turn up every time to insist it really isn't an issue. They insist it's not important, yet feel compelled to make that declaration repeatedly. If they think it's so inconsequential, why do they even bother opening the threads? Why spend their time telling women our concerns are unimportant?

Anyway, I'm weary of having the same arguments with the same people. I get they don't care about what I see as crucial rights to be free from violence, harassment, and rape. Point made. I don't need to hear it day in and day out.

either cause they do not have the guts to say it, but more so i think cause we do not hang with people that have so little respect for others. they are not in my sphere. in the past cuase we never had internet to hear these voices, i was surprised. no longer. they have their place in this world. it is not around me.
