What are you sick of

I m sick of the "stop gloating" over Clinton's win. Fuck that. She is the 1st woman to ever be a serious contender for the Presidency. All our lives we have seen men gloat over another man being a candidate or President. But let a woman accomplish that?

YOUR TONE. Fuck that shit.

There is a reason *some* men can't understand this. It is because men have been the only ones since this country was founded to be president. So a man winning the chance to be president, is ho-hum to them. No big deal. Men are used to women taking the back seat and only allowed to go so far. This is changing and *some* don't like it.

Stop gloating.

Woman were beaten

stop gloating

arrested

stop gloating

and forced fed for the right to vote.

stop gloating.

Suck it. Clinton's feeling were not a consideration when she lost to Obama. They got together and won. Why are Bernie's feelings a consideration? Seriously, why? He is the 1st losing candidate whose feeling matter. Isn't that some shit. He has whined, stomped his feet, blamed others ignored math...attributes always used to describe how women act. Are they afraid that hell has no fury like Bernie's scorn?

You decided to translate our jubilation into "gloating" as a means of saving face after picking the losing candidate. You complain as if Hillary's supporters have no right to rejoice because you lost. For whatever reasons trouble you, you're using our triumph in this incredible, historic victory, to feed your personal insecurities.

But here's the thing you've omitted in your angst ridden complaint, in order to "gloat", the Hillary's camp would have to maintain a critical interest in you as a worthy opponent; you are not, at least not any more. Since Hillary won the primaries, you are no longer an opposing adversary, and you're not some pathetic victim of injustice, but an ally in promoting DAemocratic policies to shape the future. If you're unable to join us, to work with us in defeating Trump and expanding Hillary's Democratic goals, then it's entirely a problem of your own making.

women were beaten, arrested, forced fed for the right to vote. They have been shut out of the highest office in this country for over 200 years. Watch your tone we are told. Being told how we should act. Don't upset. Be nice. Sit down and shut up. Not good enough.

Fuck that shit.

I will not deny that I am happy a woman has a real chance to be President. I will not watch my tone. Sorry you feel offended by the realities women face. Sorry you feel offended that I won't obey.
Don't upset.

When Clinton lost, she is the one that brought her supporters over to Obama. Clinton wins? She is the one who has to woo Bernie supporters. It is up to Bernie to pull his supporters in and help the party unite. Just because he is a man does not give him immunity from doing the right thing.
Be nice.

Men have held these power positions for centuries, why are the rules changing now that a woman is opening the door.
sit down and shut up.

We are only allowed to celebrate within the boundaries set up by Bernie and his supporters.
How we should act.

I have seen many posts by *some* people that say they won't vote for Clinton unless she adopts Bernie's platform. Unless she does XYZ, they won't vote for her.
Not good enough

I'm done. I remember when my Mother divorced. We had to move out of our home. Because a single woman was not allowed by the bank to hold a mortgage in her own name, by herself as a female. Even though her income could easily pay the mortgage. Today we have a woman who may very well be the prime occupant of the highest house in our country. I remember my grandmother was a midwife, but could not be a doctor. I remember when women were not allowed in military colleges, today my daughter is a Captain in the military.
