For new people: we have a Mental Health Support group on DU
https://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1151Everyone is welcome. A few things you really need to know upfront: 1) We are not equipped to deal with emergencies. You need to call your provider or 911 or just go to the nearest hospital for those; 2) Since it's a support group for all Mental Health needs, it's highly recommended you exercise some tact and diplomacy in what you post. I think our members would prefer to read something supportive, rather than something critical (although it might be true).
Last thing is an obvious point: this is the internet, and everything you post is publicly available. Be aware of that. Best wishes to all with mental health needs.
