How many thank you messages do you get sent?

I renewed our star membership the other day and I've been getting several "Thank you for being a star member " emails a day now. Something out of whack in the system? Or is DU really really happy to have me?

This is a known bug which occasionally occurs when someone purchases a Star Membership, which we have unfortunately been unable to defeat yet. The good news is that it doesn't happen very often. Don't worry, you have not been charged multiple times -- you just received multiple thank you messages. They should stop on their own after a short time.
