Need help in getting account transferred to new computer

It will not let me use my current email address, and when i try to remember the last one i had...long ago...it says that is not the one i used. Now my new email is in the system and even changing my user name, which I'd prefer not to do, doesn't work.

How does one get registered without remembering their old email address? Also, my password has been automatic so not sure i re ember that either. This time I have an old fashioned pen and paper to write it down on.

Anyone who knows, thanks in advance.
