Waving hello

The only two good things about finding myself unemployable at the age of 63 (next month I get to celebrate my 2 year anniversary of being laid off): DU and Randi Rhodes.

Thanks to all for creating such an intelligent and vibrant community. I'm looking foward to being educated and motivated by all of you.

Of course, on a day like today, a real clusterf*ck, DU keeps me sane.

Many blessings and good feelings!

Linda

I'll have to check iTunes for it.

Johnette Napolitano, the lead singer of Concrete Blonde, has the most amazing voice. I think you'll like their version.

And if you are a Shakespeare fan, I hope you'll check out my weekly feature in the DU Lounge, William Shakespeare's Thought For The Day. I post it every Saturday. Previous editions are in my journal.
