Vermont governor signs new gun restrictions into law

One item was struck from the bill, Universal Background Checks, but the domestic violence aspects were retained.
Too bad the UBC got cut, it would make it more difficult for wife beaters to replace their seized firearms with a purchase from a law abiding private seller.
